WPL 2023: Final Official Salary List Breakdown for All 87 Players

Smriti Mandhana, the most expensive player as we look at the complete salary details of 87 players of all 5 teams for WPL 2023. 

The Women’s Premier League has marked a historic step in Women’s cricket by becoming the hottest cricket league in the World. The WPL 2023, which saw the Auction being concluded a week back made history by seeing some unreal salaries being churned out foe Women cricketers. 

A total of 87 players were sold at the WPL 2023 Auction among 5 teams. A total of INR 59.5 Cr was spent on acquiring these 87 players; that’s roughly INR 0.69 Cr per player. Of the 5 teams in WPL, only UP Warriorz and Mumbai Indians exhausted their quota of 12 Cr. Whereas DC utilized 11.65 Cr, GG utilized 11;95 Cr, and RCB utilised 11.9 Cr.

Delhi Capitals purchased a total of 18  players in the WPL 2023 Auction. Jemimah Rodrigues remains the costliest player for Delhi Capitals at INR 2.2 Cr. Overall, Delhi Capitals spent INR 7.55 Cr on the top 5 players. So, here’s the list of all players that Delhi Capitals have for WPL 2023 and their salary.

Overall, Gujarat Giants spent INR 7.4 Cr on the top 5 players, and they spent more than 1 Cr on only two players; the lowest among all 5 teams.
