#4: 9 Wickets Win @ Kanpur 2000

The match that would be remembered for Sourav Ganguly’s fantastic all-round show. The first innings saw Ganguly’s superb spell of 5/34 restricting Zimbabwe to just 165 runs. During the chase, Ganguly scored an unbeaten 71 off 68 balls. Whereas Sachin scored 62 off 86 balls, but got out just before the victory. India chased the target of 166 in 25 overs.  

#3: 10 Wickets Win @ Harare 2016

Number 3 on the list is once again from the 2016 Zimbabwe tour, and once again guided by opener KL Rahul. Chasing 126, KL Rahul with his new opening pair Faiz Fazal chased the target of 126 in just 21.5 overs. KL Rahul remained not out on 63 off 70 balls. Whereas Faiz Fazal remained not out on 55 off 61 balls. Unfortunately, even after scoring a fifty on debut, Faiz Fazal never played again for Team India. 

#2: 10 Wickets Win @ Harare 2022

The latest of the lot as India chased down a modest 190 in just 30.5 overs. The unbeaten stand between the newest ODI opening partners, Shikhar Dhawan and Shubman Gill helped India chase the target of 190 with a 10 wickets win. Shikhar remained not out on 81 off 113 balls. Whereas Gill remained not out on 82 off 72 balls.  

#1: 10 Wickets Win @ Sharjah 1998

The best of the lot happened during Coca Cola Champions Trophy in 1998. Team India’s most successful opening pair of Sachin Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly showed no mercy as they cruised to the target of 197 in just 30 overs with their unbeaten stand.

Sachin Tendulkar scored an astonishing century. It was the match where he took Henry Olanga by smashing him all around the park. Sachin Tendulkar scored an unbeaten 124 off 92 balls including 6 gigantic sixes. Whereas Sourav Ganguly remained not out on 63 off 90 balls.
