IPL 2024 GT vs SRH: Best Fantasy Lineup and Playing 11 for Both

Heinrich Klaasen and Rashid Khan in focus as we look at the IPL 2024 GT vs SRH best fantasy team and playing 11 for Match 12. 

We are in the third round of IPL 2024 as Gujarat Titans take on the Sunrisers Hyderabad in match 12 of IPL 2024. It’s the first double header of Sunday, and both teams are coming into the game with one win each from two games. While Gujarat Titans won one against MI, they lost against CSK. Whereas Sunrisers Hyderabad also won one against MI, and lost against KKR.

Shubman Gill hasn’t had the best of starts to his IPL Captaincy career so far. After the departure of Hardik Pandya ahead of the season, GT also lost Mohammed Shami due to injury. With two key players missing, GT have been affected in both areas, and as a result, they did win the first match vs Mumbai Indians, but lost an away encounter against Chennai Super Kings,

Meanwhile, Sunrisers Hyderabad have been batting giants in the first two matches so far. In both the games, they scored in excess of 200. In one match, they lost while chasing 200+ against Kolkata Knight Riders, and in the other one, they smashed a record 277 runs in 20 overs, and secured an important victory over Mumbai Indians. 

Both teams are now moving to Ahmedabad, which in general is a high-scoring pitch. It will be a great battle to see Sunrisers Hyderabad’s batters vs Gujarat Titans’ bowlers led by Rashid Khan. Gujarat Titans Best Playing 11 vs SRH

Gujarat Titans have played the same playing 11 in both matches so far. While GT won one and lost one, the form of Vijay Shankar will be a big issue for Gujarat Titans. With Shahrukh Khan on the sidelines, GT may want to bring him in the side in place of Vijay Shankar. Other than these, there doesn’t seem to be any change that Gujarat Titans would do. 

More than the playing 11, all eyes will be on Shubman Gill, who has been disappointing as a batter in both matches so far. It’s disappointing to see a player who scored in excess of 800 runs last year have such a bad start in this IPL. Hopefully, Gill doesn’t take the burden of captaincy on himself, and gets back to his golden form. In addition, GT would also need their star bowler, Rashid Khan to get back among wickets.

Sunrisers Hyderabad Best Playing 11 vs GT

Sunrisers Hyderabad made a lot of changes in their second match vs MI. The team got Travis Head in the side in place of Marco Jansen to strengthen their batting. The move worked wonders as SRH launched their batting to a whole new level. The team also made another change by dropping Rahul Tripathi, and instead playing an extra bowler. This felt like a surprise, but the move worked for them.

However, one change that we may see is the return of T. Natarajan. Natarajan was ruled out of the last match due to injury, but expect him to get fit for this match. So, overall, expect SRH to stick to the same playing 11 that played the last game except for one change where we see T Natarajan getting in the side in place of Umran Malik. Other than this, Cummins and Co. will be expecting same performance from his team.
