IPL 2023 Auction: Final Players List from Australia and England

27 players from England and 21 players from Australia get shortlisted as we look at their complete list for the IPL 2023 Auction. 

The official IPL 2023 Auction players list is out, and all eyes are set on the Auction date, December 23rd. Out of the total 132 overseas players that have been shortlisted for the Auction, a maximum of 30 players will get an opportunity to feature in the final squad.

Among 132 players who have been shortlisted, England and Australia lead the list with a total of 48 players among them. While England have a total of 27 players shortlisted for the Auction, Australia have a total of 21 players shortlisted for the Auction.

The maximum number of overseas players to have been shortlisted are from England. A total of 27 players have been shortlisted from England. Out of these 27 players, 6 are batters, 3 are wicket-keepers, 10 are All-rounders, and 8 are bowlers.

The England team has the maximum representation from the highest price bracket, INR 2 Crores. In terms of age, Rehan Ahmed is the youngest England player in the Auction aged 18. Australia follows England with a total of 21 players shortlisted for the IPL 2023 Auction. Out of these 21 players, 2 are batters, 2 are wicket-keepers, 7 are All-rounders, and 10 are bowlers. Australia have only three players from the INR 2 crores category, but have 5 players from the INR 1.5 crores category.

The youngest player from Australia is Cameroon Green, whose age is 23. Cameroon Green shall also be the hottest property going into the Auction.
